A long number is a per-post id only under a counter

"<kere.ws/illuminatenboard.org> - ID - 1855891249 - Along.The.Ridge.2006.Limited.PAL.DVDr-TWCiSO.rar":
no counter, the board's ID kept isPosterTag from taking the text for a tag,
and a dump of thousands of releases was one of 9,444 files. FTD's ids come
with a counter.
